NTFS

The Windows file system supporting permissions, encryption, and auditing.

NTFS is the default Windows file system and provides security features beyond basic storage, including granular access control lists, auditing of file access, and the Encrypting File System for data at rest. These permissions let administrators enforce least privilege at the file and folder level, and audit logs support detection and investigation.
