MMS

A messaging standard for sending media; a mobile attack vector.

MMS extends text messaging to carry images, audio, and video between mobile devices over the carrier network. Its security relevance is as a delivery channel for attacks, since maliciously crafted media can target flaws in a phone's message parsing and, in some cases, require little or no user interaction to trigger. It also enables social engineering through deceptive multimedia content. Like SMS, it offers no strong end to end protection, so sensitive data should not be trusted to it and devices should stay patched.
